He is the son of Cecil (Geri) Ishee and the late Joan Merrill Ishee. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra Dorn Ishee; 2 children, Luke Daniel (Holly) Ishee of Augusta, GA., and Rebecca Gail Ishee of Augusta, GA.; 1 granddaughter, Cecilia Ishee; 1 sister, Pamela (Jeff) Olephant of Atlanta, GA., and 1 brother Tracy Ishee of Thomson, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday 6 pm to 8 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., Augusta, 30906, 706.798.8886. Funeral Services will be Thursday 2 pm at the funeral home with Rev. John R. Barrett, officiating. Burial to follow in Hephzibah-Vance Cemetery.
